Shipping and Tracking We will usually ship your order same day for orders made before 12 PM Pacific and next business day for orders completed after 12 PM Pacific. You will be notified when your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of your order by logging into your my account area of our website. For shoes and accessories we ship via the most competitive rates for 3-5 day shipping. If you need your items sooner than that, please contact us and we will accomodate you as best we can. Product Returns If it is not exactly what you want or if you don't like it for any reason, send it back within 30 days from the date of purchase. We'll exchange, replace, or refund your money for returned products are in new condition. We, however, do not accept returns or exchanges on sale, used or close-out items. To return an item, please contact us and include your name, invoice number, and the reason for return. One of our customer service representatives will send you instructions for your return shipment. You are responsible for the cost of return freight.
